- Avoid strenuous exercise and heat exposure for 24–48 hours
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
- Avoid applying makeup for at least 12 hours
- Do not undergo facials, massages, or aesthetic treatments for 2 weeks
- Mild redness, swelling, or small bumps may occur and resolve quickly
- Avoid excessive pressure or manipulation on the day of treatment
- Follow all personalized aftercare instructions from your provider
